Sophie has a vast background in marketing and is very excited to be able to use her skill set and knowledge to further advance the Melbourne City Sales team’s campaign marketing and initiatives.
 

Sam has worked for Colliers since 2006 and specialises in sales and leasing in the Te Aro precinct. Sam quickly builds relationships with both property owners, tenants and potential buyers and has based his business on focusing on one area.

Each year, Sam completes many sales and leasing transactions by establishing good relationships and creating a strong profile in the Te Aro market.

Before working at Colliers Sam attended Wellington College and the University of Otago to gain a Commerce degree. After five years living and working in Sydney, Sam returned home and has been
working at Colliers International since.

Anthony Wong is a Research Manager under Rosanna Tang and her research team in Hong Kong. He is a Hong Kong-based real estate professional with experience in research, valuation and development. He holds master’s degrees in real estate and land economics worked in international consulting firms and land developers. He is committed to developing his real estate and investment research career in Hong Kong & Greater China. 

Jessica has been working in the commercial leasing sector since 2019. 

She specializes in tenant advisory services by providing different real estate consultancy and strategic solutions to business partners, and advising tenants on their property needs including office relocation and renewal negotiation.  

Ryan’s main area of expertise is portfolio valuations for corporate clients and development appraisals. He has undertaken valuation assignments for the government and the private sector, specifically in the residential,commercial and industrial sectors.

Ryan is well versed in the economics of real estate and is able to provide key insights and valuable advice relating to property assets. With a general practice and asset management background, Ryan is also skilled at landlord and tenant matters, sales and leasing, property management and strategic property consultancy.
