With over 15 years of experience in asset valuation, including 10 years of experience as Head of the Asset Valuation Department of Viet Nam Commercial Banks, 5 years as Branch Director of a Valuation service company, I am currently Head of Valuation & Advisory Service with Colliers International in Vietnam and responsible for asset valuation for local and international clients. 

A dedicated real estate professional having spent time at developers and mostly with Colliers International in Vietnam, Han is now Project Manager, sharing her knowledge and experience with our clients.

Han previously supervised Marcoms Dept. from 2014 to 2016 at Colliers International in Vietnam. Her responsibilities then were to oversee all communications, public relations, marketing materials and promotional activities to support the brand and marketing strategy.

Before returning to Colliers, Han was responsible for market research and investment support to residential and hospitality projects of Sovico Group.

David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ commercial real estate experience, spanning the UK, South East Asia, and Middle East property markets. He specializes in landlord brokerage and advisory, tenant representation, and capital markets across office, retail, and industrial sectors. Having joined Colliers Vietnam in 2020, David is responsible for commercial sales and leasing in Hanoi and the wider Northern Vietnam region.

I am a hospitality operation professional with over a decade experience and am currently in-charge of industrial services for Vietnam nationwide.   My clients include a lot of multinational companies with different business lines including e-commerce, apparel, pharmaceutical among other light and heavy industries.

Sean has practiced Real Estate Investment and Advisory in the Greater Mekong Subregion for 3 years He joined Colliers Vietnam in 2021 and is currently a Research Manager. From 2017 until 2020 Sean was an Investment Associate at Belt Road Capital Management, where he was heavily involved in various real estate investment and joint venture deals, by conducting thorough feasibility analysis, due diligence, market research and site visits. He developed a keen understanding of the market and regulatory conditions in the Greater Mekong Subregion, having prepared market research reports and feasibility analysis studies of various cities in Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand for clients. Sean has been seconded for nine months to the largest conglomerate company in Cambodia, where he worked directly under the CFO to increase profitability and improve cash flow in the various business of the company including real estate sales and leasing (office, retail, hotel, serviced apartment), resort, property management and supermarket.

Thien San is a Construction Engineer and certified Project Management Professional. He has been working in the  facilities and construction management industries in commercial/industrial buildings, health and research centers as well as civil infrastructures. Thien San has great management experience with facilities operations & maintenance, Private-Public Partnerships (PPP) contract management and has completed numerous construction projects, fit-ups, building assets refurbishment and energy efficiency projects.

Nancy Luong has over 10 years of experience in real estate management on top of 14 years with the hospitality industry making her one of the most savvy leader in Asset Services in the Vietnam Market.
