About Me
David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ commercial real estate experience, spanning the UK, South East Asia, and Middle East property markets. He specializes in landlord brokerage and advisory, tenant representation, and capital markets across office, retail, and industrial sectors. Having joined Colliers Vietnam in 2020, David is responsible for commercial sales and leasing in Hanoi and the wider Northern Vietnam region.
- Brokered key commercial leasing transactions including Total Oil and Gas, Oman Investment Authority, Boeing, Fed Ex, SNC Lavalin, Mandarin Oriental Branded Residences Sales Suite and Aramex.
- Successfully negotiated a bespoke’ build to suit’ Starbucks drive-thru on behalf of a high net worth individual.
- Office & retail leasing and marketing advisory for Muscat Grand Mall, Al Saada Centre, and Omana Tower.
- Management of Phnom Penh Tower, De Castle Royal, and Maline Serviced Residences in Phnom Penh.
- Pre-management consultancy undertaken in Cambodia for GT Tower, Embassy Residences, De Castle Royal and TK Royal.
