Jack joined the Colliers Capital Markets team in June 2019. Before joining Colliers he was a student at the Royal Institute of Technology. His Master Thesis was written in collaboration with Toolgate, during which he studied the investment grant for rental apartments from an economical and housing policy perspective. During his last few years at the Royal Institute of Technology he was a part-time analyst in the Asset Management division of Möller & Partners.

Victoria joined Colliers in March 2021 and is part of the Capital Markets team. Victoria previously studied for a Master's degree in Finance at Kent Business School in England. Prior to that, she studied Property Development and Real Estate Agency at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Victoria wrote her bachelor thesis on triple-net agreements, and her master thesis on short-selling bans and the effect on market volatility.

Caj joined Colliers in 2020 and is Head of Valuation. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Caj is MRICS Registered Valuer and has been an Swedish Authorized Property Valuer since 2003 . He has previously been manager or responsible for several companies such as EY, CBRE, Savills.

John joined Colliers Valuation team as an Associate in  2020.  Before joining Colliers he worked  3 years at Stockholms Stad mostly focused on Land Leasehold and new development projects witin the city. John has a bachelors degree  as well as a  masters degree, both from  The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Martin joined Colliers in 2021 as Partner and Head of Occupiers Services. He has over 20 years of experience within the real estate field and have held several senior leadership positions. Prior joining Colliers, Martin was Director of Operations Nordics at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and before that he was heading the Occupier Services team at JLL Sweden. 
Over the years Martin have successfully represented numerous Swedish and international corporates with strategic advice and transaction management. He has extensive industry experience covering the full occupier life-cycle including everything from portfolio planning, lease negotiation as well as project management. Martin is frequently requested as speaker and moderator for industry seminars, covering real estate trends and market development for both retail and office sector. In addition to his position at Colliers, Martin is currently a member of the board at Jernhusen, a Swedish government owned property company with real estate connected to Sweden’s railway infrastructure. 
 

Iwona has worked at Colliers since 1999 and is currently Finacial Manager with responsibility for accounting, financial reports and payroll.

Klas joined Colliers in 2019 as Controller. He previously worked as a Controller at a Swedish public Real Estate company named Corem Property Group AB, which focused on industrial, warehouse and logistic real estate. Klas  main focus was in investments, leasing and operating net.

Joachim Seil is a graphic designer and marketing professional with about 10 years of experience. He joined Colliers in the spring of 2020.

Charlotte joined Colliers  in the fall of 2007 as receptionist and administrator.

She has previously worked at Försäkringskassan as insurance investigator and PM writer.
