Caj joined Colliers in 2020 and is Head of Valuation. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Caj is MRICS Registered Valuer and has been an Swedish Authorized Property Valuer since 2003 . He has previously been manager or responsible for several companies such as EY, CBRE, Savills.
Caj works with valuation and advice on all type of properties. Caj performs bank and year-end valuations, pre-acquisition or sale valuations, land and building rights valuations, and project valuations for projects and investments.
