Pia joined Colliers in 2019. She started at Corporate Solutions. One year later she joined the leasing team as  Director of Leasing in Gothenburg.. Pia is impelled to be the perfect  matchmaker for business and location, always with the landlords best in mind.

Pia has many years of extensive experience in customer relations and project management. Previously she has been working on behalf of the commercial property owner, working with both property management and leasing. She has been responsible for drawing up leasing contracts, negotiations and facility management for offices, restaurants, retail and health care facilities, covering approximately 30.000 sqm. 

Daniella Bäckman joined Colliers in January 2021 as an Associate within Corporate Solutions. Prior to joining Colliers, Daniella came from Balder where she worked as an Asset Manager within commercial Real Estate.

At Colliers she will use her knowledge and experience within real estate management, lease negotiations and analysis. 

Caj joined Colliers in 2020 and is Head of Valuation. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Caj is MRICS Registered Valuer and has been an Swedish Authorized Property Valuer since 2003 . He has previously been manager or responsible for several companies such as EY, CBRE, Savills.

Karin Witalis joined Colliers in August 2021 with a responsibility to establish a complete research function within the Swedish organisation, in order to support the overall business in its very ambitious growth journey. She was promoted to Associate Director, Commercial Real Estate for EMEA Reseach in May 2023. 

Karin has more than 25 years experience from working in the real estate research community and she has always done this in an international context. Before joining Colliers, Karin has had similar roles as Head of Research for both CBRE and DTZ. She has also worked on the investment/fund managment side of the business for Aberdeen Asset Management in Sweden where she was Head of Strategy Sweden, and for ING Real Estate Investment Management in London where she was part of the Global Research & Strategy team. Prior to ING Karin worked as Investment and Research Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle in London (the European Capital Markets Research team) where she focused on forecasting and portfolio modelling. Before JLL she worked for the Swedish Federation for Private Property Owners and for IPD Swedish Property Index.

Victoria joined Colliers in March 2021 and is part of the Capital Markets team. Victoria previously studied for a Master's degree in Finance at Kent Business School in England. Prior to that, she studied Property Development and Real Estate Agency at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Victoria wrote her bachelor thesis on triple-net agreements, and her master thesis on short-selling bans and the effect on market volatility.

Thomas Andersson started at Colliers in November 2022 as Director, Capital Markets.  

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2010 and has been Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

Thomas has worked extensively with corporate finance and hotel property related transactions and strategic advisory. Previously, he worked at JLL Corporate Finance in London, including relevant hotel experience.
