Joakim Arvius started at Colliers in November 2022 as CEO Sweden.   

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2009 and has been CEO Sweden & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

Joakim has worked in the Swedish property market since 1994, mostly with transactions, and has a solid knowledge about the business. He has mostly worked with larger transactions, and he is an expert when it comes to development projects. Previously, he worked at Skanska, AP Fastigheter (Vasakronan) and HSH Nordbank.  

André Lundberg started at Colliers in November 2022 as Head of Capital Markets, Sweden. 

He was one of the founders of Pangea Property Partners in 2009 and has been Head of Corporate Finance & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

André has originated and orchestrated many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordic region over the last 10 years. His experience covers all types of transactions as well as financing, development projects and strategic advice. 

Martin Schollin started at Colliers in November 2022 as Director, Capital Markets.  

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2019 and has been Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

Martin has worked in the Swedish property market since 1997. He founded Tenzing and has previously worked at Catella and JLL. 

Christina joined Colliers in August 2021.

Before Colliers, Christina was responsible for public sector properties  at NCC Property Development which included both business development and responsibility for property development in specific projects. Prior to NCC, Christina was National Director at JLL Capital Markets in Gothenburg for 9 years.

Thomas Andersson started at Colliers in November 2022 as Director, Capital Markets.  

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2010 and has been Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

Thomas has worked extensively with corporate finance and hotel property related transactions and strategic advisory. Previously, he worked at JLL Corporate Finance in London, including relevant hotel experience.  

Andreas Friberg started at Colliers in November 2022 as Director, Capital Markets.  

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2011 and has been Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

Andreas has experience from property transactions within all asset classes. He has participated in several of the largest property transactions in the Nordics. 

Markus Linell started at Colliers in November 2022 as Associate Director, Capital Markets.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2019 and has been Associate Director until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Markus has previous experience from property transactions as a credit analyst. He joined Pangea after a completed internship.

Julia Bergqvist started at Colliers in November 2022 as Director, Capital Markets.

She has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2018 and has been Director until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Julia has experience from property transactions in several segments. Previously, she worked at Nordier Property Advisors in Stockholm.

Over 30 years of experience in the Swedish real estate market.

Christian Sahlström started at Colliers in November 2022 as Associate Director, Capital Markets.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2018 and has been Associate Director until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Christian has experienced in property transaction advisory, Nordic market research and financial modelling. Previously, he worked at the global real estate consultant Savills.

Fredric Gylling started at Colliers in November 2022 as Associate, Capital Markets.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2018 and has been Associate until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Fredric has experience from the transaction industry working with M&A, valuation and fund raising. Previously, he worked at a Corporate Finance boutique in Stockholm.

Sofie joined the Capital Markets team in Stockholm in August 2021. Sofie's role as an Associate includes involvement in every phase of a transaction, single asset- and portfolio analysis, and market research. 

Before Sofie joined the Capital Markets team in Stockholm, she was with Colliers in Sacramento, California. Sofie started in Research and later on moved over to Brokerage as an Associate. There Sofie's focus as an Associate was transactions, and landlord- and tenant representation in the office sector throughout the Greater Sacramento area. 

Mathilda Ingelgård started at Colliers in November 2022 as Associate, Capital Markets.

She has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2021 and has been Associate until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Mathilda has experience from property transactions in several segments. Previously, she worked at Nordier Property Advisors in Stockholm.

Mario Ishak started at Colliers in November 2022 as Analyst, Capital Markets.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2022 and has been Analyst until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Mario has experience from property transactions. Previously, he worked as a part-time analyst at Catella Corporate Finance.

John Petersson started at Colliers in November 2022 as Analyst, Capital Markets.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2021 and has been Analyst until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

John has experience from property transactions in several segments. Previously, he worked at Nordier Property Advisors in Stockholm.

Daniella Svensson started at Colliers in November 2022 as Analyst, Capital Markets.

She has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2021 and has been Analyst until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

Daniella has worked on several property transactions cross segments. Previously, she was Summer Intern and Junior Analyst at Pangea.
