The future of human interaction with the built environment must be based on sustainable development and healthy spaces.
Buildings have extensive direct and indirect impacts on the environment and human health. During their design, construction, occupancy, renovation, repurposing, and demolition, buildings use energy, water, and raw materials, generate waste, and emit potentially harmful atmospheric emissions. These facts have prompted the creation of green building standards, certifications, and rating systems aimed at mitigating the impact of buildings on the natural environment through sustainable strategies during their entire life cycle.
Our team is focused on bringing human and environmental sustainability concepts into design, construction, operation and behaviors. For each project we evaluate all factors in detail, within a local setting and accounting for how global best practices can be adapted to suit the local climate, available resources, technical know-how, and existing/developing infrastructure.
LEED & BREEAM
As a building owner or a tenant, you have an essential duty to minimize environmental impact while maximizing operational efficiency, and we are here to help you achieve this in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. The benefits of green buildings range from significant operational savings and attracting high quality tenants to achieving maximum rents and generating highest selling prices, while also being socially and environmentally friendly.
Green building rating systems, such as LEED or BREEAM were developed to help project teams integrate sustainable strategies into the built environment.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is one of the most popular green building certification programs worldwide, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system that provides third-party verification and analyzes if the built environment from a building to a community is designed, constructed, operated and maintained in a sustainable manner. LEED rating system is aiming towards maximizing energy savings, reducing potable water use, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, providing healthier indoor air quality and integrating the use of sustainable building products.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is another sustainability assessment method for master-planning projects, infrastructure and buildings developed by BRE. BREEAM recognizes and reflects the value in higher performing assets across the built environment lifecycle, from new construction to in-use to renovation and refurbishment. BREEAM uses third party certification of the assessment of an asset’s environmental, social and economic sustainability performance.
WELL Building and WELL Health-Safety
The WELL Building Standard is the first system that ensures healthy interaction with the space where people work, live and thrive in.
WELL Building Standard was launched in the US by the International WELL Building Institute in 2014, and it was designed to complement the LEED or BREEAM New Construction certification systems, which are geared towards the technical specifications of a building. In contrast, compliance with the WELL standard requires that health and well-being conditions for occupants are met, as well as a regular re-evaluation, once every three years, to ensure that the project maintains the same high level of design, maintenance and operations over time.
Obtaining the WELL Building certification adds value to any real estate project by bringing closer and understanding the human component that is, essentially, its end-user.
WELL Health-Safety was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to help buildings and organizations address the health, safety and well-being of their most valuable asset—people. A visible indication of confidence and trust, the WELL Health-Safety seal communicates to everyone entering a space that evidence-based measures have been adopted and third-party verified.

Our team will analyze the current project stage, the estimated budgets and timeline as compared to other similar, the available documentation since starting the project, as well as prepare a financial expenditures status since the beginning of the project estimating completion scenarios.
By monitoring these aspects in time, we can accelerate the loan disbursements as well as offer a complete image of the project outside the box.
The main benefit of our Technical Services is that the owner will gain understanding of the condition and design of the property and will be able to establish the suitability of this property. This analysis will provide a level of protection being a solid foundation for price negotiation. It may also be a useful tool for estimating the need of the potential costs.
