Oana Stamatin

Working within Colliers since 2006, Oana joined the Building Surveying Division after two years of office market experience. Therefore, starting with 2008 Oana specialized herself on Lender’s Supervision, but provided also other technical services such as: Technical Due Diligence or Move Management services.

Oana became a LEED AP Building Design and Construction in October 2013, but she has been involved in Green Certifications starting with October 2012. More over Oana became BREEAM In-Use Assessor in February 2016 and WELL AP in April 2018.

First commercial real estate under LEED Core and Shell in Romania

First WELL Precertification in Romania

First LEED Platinum for New Construction in Romania.

Coordinated more than 30 LEED and BREEAM certification and supervising another 27, currently in progress of being certified.

Produced more than 190 monitoring reports within Building Surveying Team during 2008-2011;

Involved as Financial Specialist in the monitoring of real estate projects (office, retail, residential and mixed) in value of approx. 1 billion EUR and summing up more than 1 mil sq m;

Part of the team which completed the technical due diligence process for A&D Pharma – 17 reports (11 warehouses and 6 retail spaces - Bucharest and countryside) delivered in 20 working days;

Acted as Project Manager during 2009-2012 for the monitoring of the largest mixed development in Romania – Palas Iasi, financed by Unicredit Tiriac Bank.
