Adrian Villanos is an Analyst, he is responsible in data gathering, analyzation, database encoding of all data required for all the reports. He also involved in major advisory projects which include regular market updates for office, hotel, industrial and residential.

Frederick has joined Colliers Phillipines last September 1, 2016 as a Property Manager. Handling the operation of Grand Residences Cebu Condominium Corporation property management operation. He was promoted as Senior Manager last May 2019 and is handling under his account a total 0f 11 properties compose of residential and office buildings.

Joined Colliers on April 2011 as Property Accountant of Petron Megaplaza and transferred to Colliers Head Office under Real Estate Management Services Dept. as Senior Accountant on October 2014.

I joined Colliers in December 2012, adding expertise in research and consultancy which I gained through working for different consultancy firms focusing on Urban and Environmental Planning. 

I've been in the research and consulting field since 2009, serving as research associate, for various consulting firms, and academic institutions and have extensive experience in various planning projects, including the formulation of Comprehensive Land Use Plans and Development Plans for cities and municipalities in the Philippines, and master planning different properties for developers.

I have completed several studies and has advised numerous clients all over the Philippines with Colliers which include multi-sector market studies in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga and key cities in the VisMin area, highest and best use studies for private landowners, and developers, and consumer market surveys in key cities in the Philippines. I have also been involved in the preparation of the industry market reports of various companies' IPO and REIT listings.
