Roxannie is a Business Development Officer for Valuation department in Colliers International Philippines Starting Jan 2019. Her role is to achieve financial growth by defining a long-term organizational strategic goal, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Roxannie joined Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in May 2015 as a Service Desk Officer and Transferred to Valuation Services in June 2015 as a Department Secretary. She is the over all in charge of general administrative – operations support for the department which includes reports generation, management of files, requisition and purchase of office supplies, logistics, and coordination with the other department.

Roxannie graduated from AMA Computer College Makati Campus year 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Science and Information Technology.
After graduating, Roxannie had her first work experience in Adebe Realty Inc. the Cash & Carry and Makati Supermarket Corporation Company as I.T Associate that provides support to their Restaurants and Offices. This experience gave her a solid management skill from customer service, administrative and operational practice as well as staff supervision.

Path Finders Outdoor Club was established January 2016 with a vision of bringing people closer to nature and have them experience the beauty of God's creation. It is also our advocacy to do outreach programs to schools within the mountain ranges that are difficult to reach.

Colliers Philippines in partner with Hands on Manila Foundation Inc. to volunteer for TIMOTEO PAEZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL located in Apelo Cruz, Pasay City, Metro Manila. We created Mural Paintings, Hydro phonic Gardening, Candle Making & Mosquito Trap (for preventing Zika Virus)

"A DAY WITH THE STREET KIDS"
Colliers Out for good for the year 2019. Our agenda is to help the street children ( 50 kids from Binondo & Divisoria and 30 kids from other area.) make their one day as special one and memorable by doing things like T-shirt Painting and Sand Paper Coloring and let them play palarong pinoy games with us and distribute Grocery bags and lunch location is Canonigo Covered Court, Paco, Manila.
