Frederick has joined Colliers Phillipines last September 1, 2016 as a Property Manager. Handling the operation of Grand Residences Cebu Condominium Corporation property management operation. He was promoted as Senior Manager last May 2019 and is handling under his account a total 0f 11 properties compose of residential and office buildings.
with over 2 years of experience in the field property mangement . Prior to joining Colliers Philippines, Frederick started his carrer in the field of property management at Cuervo Far East Inc. a local property management service provider. He was task to manage the property management operation of Keppel Center Condominium Corporation .

Frederick has earned his pollution control officer accreditation last August 2018.
