Gloria Joined Colliers International in February 2001 as a Project Bookkeeper  until February 2011 and transfered to Head Office as a Senior  Bookkeeper. Promoted as Project Accounting Supervisor effective May 2013. In 2015 promoted as Assistant Accounting Manager for REMS division.

Andy began his real estate career in 2010. Coming from the banking industry, he had limited experience in real estate. Through perseverance and knowledge-building, he gained the trust of national and first-time developers, as well as occupiers.

He moved to Colliers International in November of 2017 to head the Landlord Representation Team, which was undergoing transition and needed to rebuild their strategy. At this time, he has managed to grow the team's portfolio to over 700,000 square meters of office space. He and his team also closed one of the largest office transactions of 2021 with 19,000 square meters in one of their managed projects, The Podium West Tower.
