Gloria Presado

Gloria Joined Colliers International in February 2001 as a Project Bookkeeper  until February 2011 and transfered to Head Office as a Senior  Bookkeeper. Promoted as Project Accounting Supervisor effective May 2013. In 2015 promoted as Assistant Accounting Manager for REMS division.

Gloria started her career as an Accounting staff at Monark Equipment Corporation, an exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment.

Assist the Accounting Manager in preparing Consolidated Financial reports for construction company.

In February 2001, she was hired by Colliers as a project site bookkeeper. Directed bookkeeping function for Condominium Corporation including monthly financial reporting, accounts receivables, accounts payable, billing and collections and government requirements. Worked with the Property Manager and provided analytical support for budget processes.

She was promoted as Project Accounting Supervisor. Considerable oversight of project operations related to financial statements and government compliance.

As an Assistant Accounting Manager for REMS division, she works with Accounting Manager for making recommendations in improving accounting processes. Ensuring all accounting records were maintained in a timing and accurate manner. Ensured compliance to all Financial policies and procedures based ISO standard and government requirements. Created and implemented FS format using Ms Excel to support the automated computerized accounting system for various projects. Attended board meeting and annual membership meeting of various projects to assist the bookkeeper in FS presentation.
