About Me
Andy began his real estate career in 2010. Coming from the banking industry, he had limited experience in real estate. Through perseverance and knowledge-building, he gained the trust of national and first-time developers, as well as occupiers.
He moved to Colliers International in November of 2017 to head the Landlord Representation Team, which was undergoing transition and needed to rebuild their strategy. At this time, he has managed to grow the team's portfolio to over 700,000 square meters of office space. He and his team also closed one of the largest office transactions of 2021 with 19,000 square meters in one of their managed projects, The Podium West Tower.
Andy joined the commercial real estate field in 2010, coming from the banking industry. To date, he has transacted over 500,000 square meters of space and is currently handling 165,000 square meters of space and counting.
He was trained alongside the best brokers in the United States with his previous company and is now an accomplished real estate professional who can successfully set up and manage a landlord representation team.
