Krysta has an experience in the Project Management industry wherein she managed projects for one of the top international financial institutions. She has been invo lved from the inception up to the close out of a project  which includes design management, cost management and risk management. 

Melanie is Associate Director for Capital Markets and Investment Services of Colliers International Philippines. She assists clients in acquiring or disposing properties through a strategic approach. She handles the property marketing, due diligence and negotiations for various local and foreign clients.

Melanie has joined Colliers in 2007 and worked for the Valuation and Advisory Group. She has been involved in the preparation of various reports including real estate market analysis, highest and best land use studies and feasibility studies covering various real estate segments – residential, office, retail and leisure developments in Metro Manila as well as provincial locations.

Before joining Colliers, John worked as an Administrative and Assistant Leasing Administrator  for Wordtext Systems Inc in 2018 for 3 years. He was the one of the person in charge for the leasing out and maintaining of Residential Units and office spaces in the building / Tenancy concerns also provided to the tenants and clients. He also worked as an Executive Assistant for Cheswick Inc for 5 years doing outstanding support service to the company and leasing out office spaces / townhouses and a condo unit in Makati in year 2013.

He worked also as a Customer Service Representative in Teleserv Inc providing outstanding customer supports to its clients for about 4 years.

Jane joined the Office Services Team in March 2018 providing optimal solutions to client’s office requirements. In span of few months, she has worked and led  notable transactions involving research, financial analysis, market knowledge and account management.

After graduating college, Jane has been exposed to real estate industry through project development which is heavy on project management, financial and market analysis. Her training in project development for 7 years have brought to her current role in Tenant Representation.

Jam started her career as a Training Assistant in one of the BPO company in the Philippines (2016), where she communicates with different training providers, schedules training and monitors employees' training records. Later, she was promoted as HR Assistant, where she has been exposed to different facets of HR like Benefits Administration, Training and HRIS.

Now at Colliers, she handles the on-boarding of the project site employees, enrollment of employees to Colliers University and hiring of the interns.
