Jane joined the Office Services Team in March 2018 providing optimal solutions to client’s office requirements. In span of few months, she has worked and led notable transactions involving research, financial analysis, market knowledge and account management.
After graduating college, Jane has been exposed to real estate industry through project development which is heavy on project management, financial and market analysis. Her training in project development for 7 years have brought to her current role in Tenant Representation.
Jane has been in commercial real estate for two (2) years now. Although prior celebrating her two years with Colliers, she has worked with multiple regional and local accounts which have trained her skills in account management, and real estate portfolio analysis.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jane worked in DMCI Homes for 7 years as part of Project Development team. She has conceptualized and managed several residential projects in various locations in Manila.
Jane graduated “With Distinction” from Assumption College in 2011, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Business Management. Her paper, A Feasibility Study of Manufacturing and Distribution of CS Yacon Wine in Nueva Vizcaya (2011). was awarded as Best Thesis. She also garnered the 2011 Corporate Business Departmental Award.
