About Me
Melanie is Associate Director for Capital Markets and Investment Services of Colliers International Philippines. She assists clients in acquiring or disposing properties through a strategic approach. She handles the property marketing, due diligence and negotiations for various local and foreign clients.
Melanie has joined Colliers in 2007 and worked for the Valuation and Advisory Group. She has been involved in the preparation of various reports including real estate market analysis, highest and best land use studies and feasibility studies covering various real estate segments – residential, office, retail and leisure developments in Metro Manila as well as provincial locations.
Prior to Colliers International, Melanie has worked as an Analyst for Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. for its Business Consulting Group where she prepared business reports which include market and feasibility studies, in addition to business valuations and intangible assets valuation. She also worked as a Business Development Manager for DataLand, Inc., a development company with residential and hotel projects in Metro Manila and other provincial locations. She was involved in the evaluation of possible sites for acquisition, due diligence and results presentation to the management.

Education
Melanie graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Economics. In addition, she earned a diploma from De La Salle – College of St. Benilde for Real Estate Management in 2009.
