A seasoned and highly qualified property professional, Geoff brings to clients over 17 years of experience in commercial and industrial assets in the Southern Lakes District. Operating in the valuation sector for over two decades, he has unique insight into the factors underpinning property values in the region. His analytical perspective forms the basis of a solutions-driven approach as a sales and leasing broker, backed by strong industry relationships.

Friendly, reliable and a strong communicator, Geoff operates across a diverse range of asset classes in the commercial sector. Outside of the office, Geoff and his family enjoy living in the thriving community of Wānaka and making the most of its seasonal offerings.

Working in the property industry since 2002, Jodi is a highly experienced Registered Valuer with a vast depth of knowledge. Based in Wānaka for two decades, Jodi started her career with Central Property, a practice she subsequently purchased. In 2015, Colliers opened its Wānaka valuation office, with Jodi one of the founding partners. Following a couple of years off to expand her family, Jodi’s now operating in a management and advisory capacity, providing cohesion, support and a robust review process to the Colliers Otago valuation team. The Colliers Otago valuation division operates across Queenstown, Wānaka, Dunedin and Cromwell.

Local insight and in-depth market knowledge are the foundations of his approach. Tom is committed to understanding the factors that underpin every property transaction, granting his clients property advice and valuations that are relevant, informed and up-to-the-minute.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management, Tom was attracted to work with Colliers by the company’s global reputation, wide networks and unsurpassed knowledge base. Operating from the Wanaka office since the start of 2017 has also provided Tom with the opportunity for him to enjoy the outdoors lifestyle outside of work.
