About Me
A property professional with a refreshing enthusiasm for every facet of the industry, Tom is a registered valuer working across multiple asset classes including residential, commercial/industrial, development and consultancy. Local insight and in-depth market knowledge are the foundations of his approach. Tom is committed to understanding the factors that underpin every property transaction, granting his clients property advice and valuations that are relevant, informed and up-to-the-minute.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management, Tom was attracted to work with Colliers by the company’s global reputation, wide networks and unsurpassed knowledge base. Operating from the Wanaka office since the start of 2017 has also provided Tom with the opportunity for him to enjoy the outdoors lifestyle outside of work.
