IDF Regional Council - 2016/2019
As part of the project to group Parisian sites into a single IDF site, Colliers International France supported the Regional Council in the lease of 56,000 m2 in Saint-Ouen with option to purchase in 6 months and for the valuation and sale of 21,600 m2 of assets in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
Régime Social des Indépendants (RSI) - 2017
As part of the 3 caisses merger (centre, east and west), the Paris region RSI wanted to benefit from a new location for 500 agents. Colliers International France helped the RSI in the disengagement of these leases, the design and planning Management Audit Programmation of these 8,600m2 new work environments in Saint-Ouen. Since 2014, Colliers International France has also supported Lorraine RSI in the optimised valuation of its 6,000 m2 portfolio, the determination of an optimal sale scenario per unit and the validation of the target scenario by all the Regional Banks for the sales implementation.
Prime Minister Services - 2014/2017
As part of the complete rehabilitation of the Ségur - Fontenoy island in order to receive the Prime Minister services, two ministerial cabinets, the CNIL and others, Colliers International France accompanied its client in the sale of surface rights, the building restructuring and the lease of 46,000 m2 restructured site.
Bordeaux University - 2018
With 550,000 m2 of space spread over 3 major sites, the Bordeaux University is one of the largest Europe campuses. The University turned to Colliers International France for the implementation of a Real Estate Master Plan by 2040, the development strategy of 600,000 m2, an urban project co-built with local authorities, the optimization of investments to finance the rehabilitation plan for the university campus (29 ha) and the new organization of its Real Estate Department (400 people) to meet new real estate development challenges.
