Norbert joins Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, which includes 80 specialised employees involved in the design or implementation of real estate projects. He has spent a large part of his career with CBRE, which he joined in 2007. He first held the position of Project Manager and then Department Director before being appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace in 2012, renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017.

With 25 years of expertise in supporting companies threw the transformation of their working environments in line with their strategic challenges (human and business), Frédérique currently manages the Workplace consulting, Change management and R&D activities of Colliers International France. Its missions consist in advising companies on all aspects of a work environment project.

Initially trained in change management, marketing and support after her first years of professional life in the communication field, Frédérique then worked on working environments transformation projects in France. Through these experiences, she developed a holistic approach to companies by focusing on their culture, changing working methods challenges, economic context and field of activity, and by designing working environments specific to each of her clients.

Regis joined Colliers in 2020 as a Director for Corporate Solutions, acting as an Account Manager for key corporate accounts and providing real estate solutions to global corporate clients. Regis brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with prior positions in real estate development and occupier oriented transaction services for both industrial and office assets. 

Regis aims at providing his clients with the highest industry standards and continuous quality service improvements in all locations across the globe, relying on teams of local experts chosen based upon the skills required to successfully complete their assignments. Regis also relies on his broad international experience, having worked 6 years in Casablanca, Morocco and his knowledge of large international corporations to provide best in class portfolio advisory and international transaction management.   

Regis is currently heading the Corporate Sotutions team in France, providing international Account Management and Transaction Management to a wide range of French multinational companies.

Michel joined AOS (former name of Colliers in France) in 2007.

He first managed real estate strategy and tenant rep assignments for big companies. 

Since 2016, he manages the project management team in Paris.

Before joining Colliers (AOS), he was executive aAssistant in a holding company specialized in healthcare "BTG Industries and Santé where he had a role in management control, mergers and acquisitions and secial projects, among which he managed several  real estate projects.
