Valtteri has worked at Colliers since 2022 as Head of Valuation. He has over 14 years’ experience with commercial real estate industry and property valuation. Valtteri has all-round knowledge of different property sectors and submarkets around Finland. He delivers one-off and continuous valuations of portfolios and single assets for domestic and international investors, funds, institutions, and lenders. Moreover, he performs valuations of complex development projects and specialised properties. Prior joining Colliers Valtteri has worked for companies such as CBRE and Catella.
