Environmentally rated buildings have increased their cost efficiency, reduced risks and met investor requirements. An environmental certificate is a sign of the building owner’s commitment to sustainability which increases building’s value and recognition.
Colliers is a partner in improving operational performance of existing buildings by providing environmental certifications (BREEAM In-Use and LEED O&M).
Operational practices are improved as a result of an environmental certification process. Colliers will integrate the improved practices and policies into our operational and management processes. The environmental certificate is awarded by a third-party who awards buildings based on their sustainable operational performance.
