GRESB Real Estate is a global assessment method for validating, scoring and benchmarking the sustainability performance of real estate assets. Listed property companies, private property funds, developers and investors can participate in GRESB assessment. Colliers carry out GRESB assessments on behalf of several property owners, funds and investors.
GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) is an international sustainability reporting standard that is widely used in Finland as a reference framework for sustainability reporting. We assist our clients with sustainability reporting varying from reporting individual indicators based on GRI standards through to the full GRI sustainability report.
PRI reporting is the annual reporting of companies committed to the UN Principles for Sustainable Investment. We provide PRI reporting to clients either in full or in part or provide the necessary information for reporting.
