A commercial real estate professional with 20+ years experience in shopping centre management and marketing, retail property concept analysis, development & planning, lease negotiations, professional advisory regarding market conditions & strategies and commercial due diligence analysis.
I combine strong analytical and academic background with a very practical entrepreneurial mindset. I've worked with almost all major property owners in the Finnish market. My understanding of consumer and retailer needs as well as the functionality of profitable retail destinations create unique value for clients.
I'm also actively involved in several professional networks on Finnish and Nordic level, such as the Nordic Commercial Spaces and Communities (NCSC) and the Finnish Council of Shopping Centres, where I've held the chair since 2021.
