Marika Långström

Marika has over 10 years’ experience in real estate industry. She has been working with property valuations and sales and leasing brokerage. Marika has carried out valuations of various types of properties, especially commercial, industrial and warehouse properties as well as specialized properties. Her background in commercial real estate brokerage has given her an advantage in understanding the rentability and saleability of properties and a strong overall knowledge of the real estate market in Finland. She is an authorized property valuer since 2021 and has started in Colliers in January 2023.
