A Sales professional working with real estate over +10 years. Specialized in office & retail leasing covering all retail areas. Strong backround over +15 years in Industry and Logistics branches. Extensive experience from property development as well.
My responsibilities includes leading a team of eight professional Leasing Managers and Marketing Coordinator who are dedicated their work with our customers. Attending to meetings, coaching and supporting team, service and product development and reporting to Investors and owners. Leasing Managers covers main cities in Finland; Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere and Oulu.
Participating also with Occupier Services. Hunting and looking for new opportunities. I have a vital role in service and product development work where task was to combine the offering to Investor Leasing and Asset Services.
