market transactions. His expertise extends into asset types including,
but not limited to, commercial loans, equipment and auto leasing,
consumer loans and credit card receivables. Dallas is highly proficient in
debt restructuring, managing distressed assets and structured financial
repositioning.
Dallas is responsible for integrating Debt Advisory’s expertise to support
existing service lines including Investment Sales and Capital Markets,
Landlord and Tenant Representation, Property Management, Valuation
and Consulting and Project and Development Management.
Dallas’s comprehensive experience in financing has contributed to

Bank, Dallas brings diverse experience within financial units including
