Dallas Marce

As a Senior Debt Advisor, Dallas provides expertise in securing financing
for various assets ranging from direct financing to large complex capital
market transactions. His expertise extends into asset types including,
but not limited to, commercial loans, equipment and auto leasing,
consumer loans and credit card receivables. Dallas is highly proficient in
debt restructuring, managing distressed assets and structured financial
repositioning.

Dallas is responsible for integrating Debt Advisory’s expertise to support
existing service lines including Investment Sales and Capital Markets,
Landlord and Tenant Representation, Property Management, Valuation
and Consulting and Project and Development Management.

Dallas’s comprehensive experience in financing has contributed to
his success in growing strategic relationships. His insightful approach
is a driving force behind Colliers’s long standing national business
relationships. Having held Senior Executive positions at Concentra
Bank, Dallas brings diverse experience within financial units including
structuring large asset securitization transactions, commercial backed
securities, auto loans, residential mortgages and credit card receivables.
Dallas is committed to accelerating the success of his clients by delivering
innovative best practices in debt placement, portfolio structuring, asset
securitization and issuance of capital markets to Colliers’ clientele.

Extensive experience in banking leading business origination for commercial banking, residential mortgage, consumer lending, and leasing operations.  Held a variety of positions with Concentra Bank including:

EVP Wholesale Banking;

EVP Trust and Strategy;

Structuring a variety of large asset securitization transactions including Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities, auto loans, credit card receivables, and residential mortgages.

Sessional Lecturer with the University of Regina teaching senior courses in international finance and financial case analysis.
