Tom McClocklin

As President of Colliers for Saskatchewan, Tom is responsible for executing the provincial business strategy.  Colliers has grown to be the largest commercial real estate services provider with the most diverse service offerings in Saskatchewan.  The over 160 professionals manage 11 million square feet of property and execute over 550 transactions annually. In addition, the team provides Debt Advisory and Project Management services  on behalf of our local, national and multi-national clients.

Tom has a diverse background in real estate. He received his Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and attained his CPA, CA designation. Prior to joining Colliers Tom worked in Chicago and Toronto for a major accounting firm providing commercial real estate services to national and multi-national public and private clients in areas of due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring and financing, and capital markets.
