About Me
Oliver joined Colliers International Realty Advisors in 2014 as a Market Intelligence Coordinator in the Calgary Brokerage group. After 18 months with the group, Oliver transferred to the Valuations and Advisory Services Group. After joining the group, Oliver achieved his AACI designation in 2020 and is now a senior associate with the group. Oliver is responsible for valuation services in the Calgary and Southern Alberta Area with specializations in industrial and special-use assets. Oliver completes over 150 appraisals per year for a wide range of clients including lenders, developers and business owners.
Oliver is a highly detail-oriented appraiser, working hard to deliver high-quality and collaborative service. He believes in providing his clients with a high degree of service, prompt communication, and reliable data-driven reports.
