A Certified Professional Accountant (CPA CMA) and an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI), Mark is a valuation and advisory services professional with a focus on investment grade assets and income producing properties. 

Adam graduated from the University of Victoria in 2010 where he earned his B.A in Economics, and a business communications minor. Since joining Colliers, Adam has worked primarily in appraisal of industrial, mixed-use, multi-residential, and retail properties. In addition to the foregoing real estate assets, Adam has experience in the valuation of aircraft hangars, automotive dealerships, hotels, and redevelopment lands. 

Adam has developed strong relationships with local developers, brokers, owner-users, and investors. He has worked with clients including, but not limited to: Manulife, Concert, Anthem Properties, Mook Group of Companies,  Fastco Ltd., Canada ICI, Bentall Kennedy,  Enerflex, Morguard, and Kaizen Group.

He has a passion for great service, and strives to anticipate client needs while providing expert advice. Outside of the office Adam enjoys skiing, kickboxing, spending time with friends, and playing music.

Glenn began his career as a Real Estate Appraiser in 2006 originally starting out as a residential appraiser. Glenn then transitioned to commercial appraisal and obtained his Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation from the University of British Columbia and obtained his AACI designation in 2011. He has extensive experience in the valuation of numerous forms of Real Estate for various purposes. Glenn has been responsible for numerous complex valuations, consultancy and feasibility assignments throughout his career. 

His experience includes commercial/retail buildings, office buildings, industrial properties, development land, agricultural land, multi-residential projects, residential narratives and residential properties.
