About Me
Glenn began his career as a Real Estate Appraiser in 2006 originally starting out as a residential appraiser. Glenn then transitioned to commercial appraisal and obtained his Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation from the University of British Columbia and obtained his AACI designation in 2011. He has extensive experience in the valuation of numerous forms of Real Estate for various purposes. Glenn has been responsible for numerous complex valuations, consultancy and feasibility assignments throughout his career.
His experience includes commercial/retail buildings, office buildings, industrial properties, development land, agricultural land, multi-residential projects, residential narratives and residential properties.
