Michael Pyman

Prior to joining the Colliers Ottawa Investment Team, Michael worked as a commercial real estate advisor specializing in the valuation of major commercial, industrial, multi-residential and institutional properties as well as all types of vacant land. He also became experienced in highest and best use and redevelopment analysis for public school dispositions and vacant lands as well as performing market area and rental studies for the Federal Government. 

Throughout that period he obtained a vast working knowledge of the Canadian commercial landscape and more specifically the Ottawa commercial investment property market.

Since joining Colliers, Michael has become a member of the National Investment Services Group, a group of senior investment sales representatives across every major market in Canada.  The groups objective is to represent their clients seamlessly across the country in the acqusition and disposition of investment grade assets and development lands. 

Michael is a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) as well as the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). 

Michael's areas of expertise include: land sales, pricing assets, investigating financial options, marketing single assets and multi-market portfolios as well as portfolio reduction/expansions.
