Megan Dear

Megan works as a Licensed Transaction Manager in office leasing and sales and is involved in tenant representation and large-scale project leasing in Metro Vancouver. Megan specializes in marketing campaign and proposal development, market intelligence, project management and deal transactions within office leasing and sales. She strives to achieve client and team success through purposeful and efficient work practices and comprehensive market knowledge. Megan began with Colliers in 2016, working in the office division with a top producing team of brokers. Prior to joining Colliers, Megan worked in residential property development focusing on master-planned community pre-sales.

Over the past 6+ years, Megan has been an integral part to the success of the Vancouver’s Office Leasing team, assisting in the coordination of many successful leasing and sales projects across Metro Vancouver. She is the recipient of the 2018 Chak Lui award and received Service Excellence nominations for 5 of her years at Colliers.
