Jason is a Vice President with Colliers’ Office Leasing division specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties in Metro Vancouver. With over decade of experience at Colliers International and over 800 lease and sale transactions, Jason is well known in the industry as an office property expert. He has a strategic focus on the suburban markets of Metro Vancouver including Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley and North Vancouver. Jason’s work guiding large office occupiers through the corporate real estate decision making process has given him unique and valuable insight into what businesses want and need from a landlord and their office space. This experience has allowed Jason to provide creative and thoughtful agency representation to some of Canada’s largest institutional real estate owners as well as private investors and local developers. Understanding that not all owners of real estate have the same goals and objectives Jason provides a customized approach to each property and owner he has the opportunity to work with.

Jason was born in Ontario and has lived in Vancouver for  the past 18 years. He currently lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three children.

Rob joined Colliers’ Office Division in 1989 and is a senior member of the Vancouver Office Leasing division. 

Rob is a Senior Vice President in the Colliers’ Office Division. He is primarily involved in large project leasing and sales in the suburban markets, such as Richmond, Burnaby and Surrey. Rob acted as the exclusive leasing agent for Willingdon Park in Burnaby for 13 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the suburban office markets along with its tenancies. Rob’s focus is on enduring client relationships, maintaining a long-term outlook, subtle persistence and delivery of a high level of service to his clients.

In 2018 Arun Heed graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Studies. Arun spent one summer as a Data Associate Intern at Colliers, analyzing industrial properties throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. He has since joined the Acceleration Program in January of 2019.
