Matt came to Colliers International from Choice REIT as an Investment Analyst where he successfully vended in over 25 properties across Western Canada for redevelopment. Prior to that, he worked with PRISM Developments also in the Investment Analyst position where he worked on the acquisition side underwriting development proformas for redevelopment opportunities.
Recognized for underwriting over $1 billion in the Financial Analyst role, he has been able to foster a number of strong client relationships with a large number of local Vancouver developers and has been successful in understanding his clients’ needs and is able to speak their language.
The relationships he has built with the development community have allowed him access to a large network of unknown buyers. Matt prides himself on having the ability to see the long term picture when it comes to the potential of a particular investment property, redevelopment site, land assembly or area that is in transition.
