About Me
As the Vice President of the Toronto region, Deepu brings over 24 years of experience in real estate property development and construction. His years of experience as an architectural consultant, LEED Accredited Professional, and design manager allows him to provide valuable client representation in leading large multidisciplinary design and construction teams on both public and private sector projects. Deepu has successfully led projects with different project delivery methodologies like Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, Construction Management and AFP projects. He is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery including feasibility studies, project cost estimates, design development, budget and schedule preparation and monitoring, construction procurement, and construction contract administration.
