劉學龍先生自2006年8月起接掌台灣高力國際董事總經理乙職，負責高力國際台灣分公司業務及海峽兩岸業務發展，旗下掌管超過280位不動產精英，將更進一步鞏固高力國際物業顧問集團在台灣房地產租賃／投資代理、物業及設施管理、顧問諮詢方面的市場地位。
