Significant growth within the City's Central Business District (CBD) has impacted the landscape of the City's competitive office market. Due to a significant introduction of new AAA office space within the City's CBD, coupled with a relatively flat demand, year-over-year vacancy witnessed an increase of 398 basis points to 15.10%.

Report Highlights:

Lisa’s specializes in Office and Retail leasing and sales and has more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Lisa started with Colliers International in 2011 and focuses on office leasing representing both Landlord and Tenant.  Lisa is a market leader and proven performer who has come in second to the top producer in Saskatoon for the last two years.  Lisa is a trusted advisor as her clients are independently surveyed on their Colliers experience through the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system and she continues deliver results and recieve high ratings. 

 

Prior to Colliers, she was a partner in a project providing investors an opportunity to participate collectively in commercial real estate ownership.  Through a structured investment model, a commercial property was acquired and managed in a cost-effective manner with minimal capital in investment while maximizing the tax advantage.

 

As Leasing and Marketing Manager at Innovation Place with the Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation for more than seven years, Lisa completed over 100 transactions each year working on behalf of the landlord with existing and potential tenants to identify, qualify, and assess their space needs and program requirements.  She analyzed the financial implications of the lease and related construction, negotiated leases, and finalized legal agreements.  Lisa provided direction to the Project Management department to ensure construction was completed in accordance with contracts.

 

Lisa was the Realty Manager with Ministry of Central Services for five years.  She was responsible for the realty management services, including preparation and evaluations of request for space proposals, contract negotiations, lease contract transactions, property acquisition, and disposal.  She arranged proposal calls on behalf of departments, select boards, commissions, and Crown Corporation’s investment decisions.  She also recommended the best accommodation solutions based on her preparation of the build-buy-lease analysis.
