Colliers Wins Office and Industrial SIOR Awards

Colliers’ Tobin Davis and Graham Meader Win SIOR Office and Industrial Broker of the Year

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) awarded Tobin Davis Office Broker of the Year and Graham Meader Industrial Broker of the Year during the 2017 Awards and President’s Dinner.

Tobin, Executive Vice President and Sales Representative at Colliers, was selected for the Office award by a committee of peers comprising GTA brokerages, landlords and developers. Judged on the criteria of notable transactions (size, quantity, complexity, teamwork and creativity), market consistency (year-over-year contributions and leadership) and industry reputation, Tobin not only met but exceeded all three benchmarks. He has been the #1 downtown office leasing producer at Colliers since 2009 and recently set the all-time single year office leasing production record – a benchmark he had set twice previously.

Additionally, Tobin was the lead broker on Colliers’ own Toronto Downtown office relocation at 181 Bay Street, Colliers’ new Canadian headquarters. This project was awarded to Tobin by Colliers' Canadian management team, spanned over a 2.5-year timeline, and recently won CoreNet Global’s REmmy Awards for Best Workplace, 5,000 – 50,000 square feet.

Graham Meader, Executive Vice President and Sales Representative with the Industrial Practice Group, is a second-time winner of the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year Award and a past recipient of a NAIOP Award.

Graham is a consistent top producer within Colliers and is a recognized leader within the Toronto real estate industry. He has been on Colliers' Steering for the Logistics & Transportation Solutions Team and a mentor to several industrial agents within the firm. He has completed some of the most significant lease transactions and industrial land transactions that have helped shape GTA West's industrial footprint. Most recently, Graham represented Oxford Properties in the acquisition of a 242-acre industrial site in the Toronto West End that will accommodate approximately 3.3 million square feet of future industrial spec growth.
