A recognized industry expert, Tom has been representing tenants and property owners for 20 years in the Toronto marketplace with a specific focus on space occupiers in the downtown core.  Tom has lead successful teams executing hundreds of lease assignments for creative and technology related companies.  Tom is the consummate professional the provides thoughtfulness, clarity and integrity to each project.  Tom and his team utilize a  number of strategies and tools that are tailored to each project.  Client success is derived by having the right professionals in place from the onset including work place stratgy specialists, designers, project management, legal and construction expertise. 

Tom has represented clients as small as 350 feet to over 150,000 square feet, all with the same level of professionalism and insight.  Tom focuses his efforts on "growth tech" firms meaning creative organizations that often have to manage rapid growth and design creative work environments to reflect their organizations brand and culture.

Tom is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
