Upon graduating from The University of British Columbia in 1995, Stu has consistently been a top performer in the Vancouver industrial market. Specifically focused on large-scale sale and lease transactions in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Stu provides clients seeking to purchase, build or lease warehouse space with a wealth of experience, knowledge and dedication.

Stu has represented national clients such as Grosvenor (250,000 sq. ft.), Fraser River Group (205,000 sq. ft.), Madison Pacific (160,000 sq. ft.), Simard Transport (150,000 sq. ft.), Teldon (150,000 sq. ft.), Kruger Products Ltd. (110,000 sq. ft.), Torre & Tagus Designs (50,000 sq. ft.) to name a few. During the past 18 months, Stu has been directly involved in sale and lease transactions in excess of 2,500,000 square feet of industrial space. Specializing in large scale logistics and distribution solutions, Stu has assisted his clients through the lease and design build process.
