Patrick Sailer

After graduating from University Patrick joined an international brokerage where he launched his career in both industrial and retail sales and leasing. He then went on to team up with Michael Massing and Evan Truman at Colliers International where his focus has been primarily in the small to mid sized industrial bay leasing market.

The experience that Patrick has gained throughout his career has been instrumental in providing his clients with the most up to date market information resulting in postive outcomes to both his tenant and landlord clients.

Patrick has been involved in over 100 lease and sale transactions totalling over 300,000 square feet.

The most recent notable transaction is successfully finding the first Calgary location for Tool Shed Brewing Company Ltd. They can now call over 14,000 square feet in the NE part of Calgary their new brewing and tasting room home.
