Focusing specifically on Office Occupier/Tenant Representation, our team provides integrated real estate support services to businesses and government agencies including but not limited to needs analysis, area calculation exercises, lease audits, alternatives evaluation, market analysis, financial modeling and head lease/sublease/lease renewal negotiations.
Nick graduated from Ryerson University, with a focus on Real Estate Management. During his studies, Nick worked at Keller Williams as a Sales Representative in residential real estate.
