Grant Evans has been associated with Colliers Victoria since graduating from UBC’s Urban Land Economics program in 1993. Grant spent the first year in Property Management and then moved on to brokerage specializing in office leasing and investment sales with strong experience in the multi-family sector. Grant has completed over $475 million in sales transactions since 2014, is the Managing Agent for the Victoria Colliers office, and is a Senior Vice President. He has represented many well know clients such as Morguard, Bentall, Jawl Properties, Shared Services (BC Gov’t), First Capital, bcIMC, and Western Union to name a few.

Grant Evans brings a unique skill set to each project he undertakes with a CCIM real estate designation and property management background. With a flair for detailed financial analysis, strong negotiation capabilities and unparalleled service to his clients, Grant works to exceed client expectations and lives by the "hhh" philosophy; hardwork, honesty, and humble.

Grant, a native of Victoria, has his roots firmly planted with a wife and two teenage children. He is an member of Victoria Golf Course, and avid road cyclist, and spends his spare winter weekends at Mount Washington with his family.

Grant was a Colliers International Award of Excellence winner in 2006, as well as one of the top three brokers in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010,  2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.  Other accomplishments include protecting B.C.'s forests as a former figherfighter with Ministry of Forests Rapattack program ​during his university summers, running the NY Marathon, and competing in many fondos.
