Dan Berdusco, B.Comm (Honours), joined the Colliers International family in 2014 as an Analyst within the Valuation & Advisory Services group. As a team member of the Toronto West group Dan is under the supervision of Hadley Duncan, AACI, Managing Director and focuses on research and analysis for single and portfolio assignments with specializations in office and medical office assets. Dan’s role incorporates financial and valuation analysis of a varied range of real estate assets within the GTA and Ontario submarkets.
Dan has completed a variety of valuation assignments that have included the analysis of investment, owner-occupied and institutional grade assets for the purposes of debt valuation, financial due diligence, valuation for IPO purposes and quarterly IFRS reporting, in addition to market rental surveys and feasibility studies.
Dan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Management in Industry and Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Housing, from the University of Guelph. Prior to joining the Valuation & Advisory Services group Dan worked at the Toronto based Allied Properties REIT as a Business Analyst reporting under the Information and Technology department. Dan is a candidate member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is currently working on completing the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and is pursuing his AACI designation.
