Cecilia Joined Colliers international in 2006, bringing over 13 years of real estate experience from Hong Kong. Now based in Vancouver, she specializes in commercial real estate investments, while focusing on expansion and development as Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, Colliers International.
A key role is to enhance the flow of investment capital between North America and Asia. Cecilia frequently travels to Hong Kong and major cities in China where she assists offshore investors with North American real estate transactions ranging from multi-family, retail, land, office and hotel. She also provides similar services to North American investors, facilitating local and offshore real estate investments, drawing upon strong relationships with major developers, owners, investors and multinational tenants locally and globally.
Born in Hong Kong and educated in Canada, Cecilia is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with a keen understanding of the cultures and business practices of Asia and North America. Client focused, she provides a strategic partnership approach to integrate her knowledge with expertise with her clients' goals. Cecilia offers innovative solutions and access to the strategic intellectual capital, worldwide communication, corporate-wide resources and state-of-the-art market research data through Collier International's global resources.
Cecilia has successfully concluded many large-scale commercial real estate investments and leasing transactions. Prior to joining Colliers International, Cecilia was the Senior Director and Head of Commercial Department at Savills (Hong Kong) Ltd. and that company's top performer. She was exclusively retained to provide strategic advice and marketing services to developers for a number of high-profile leasing projects, most significantly the 1.8 million square feet Two International Finance centre, one of Hong Kong's tallest, most prestigious office towers. Cecilia was also in charge of devising and implementing real estate strategies on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 corporations.
