Brad Bailey

Brad Bailey, who started with the Colliers Mid Island office in 2006, is involved in all facets of commercial sales and leasing in the Mid Island and has helped to develop Colliers’ local presence into the mid-Island’s preeminent commercial brokerage. He has fulfilled mandates including property sale and acquisition, and landlord and tenant representation in all market segments including retail, industrial, and office product. Brad has established strong contacts with national, regional, and local companies and uses this to good effect in combination with expert knowledge of local markets. 

During the past 10 years, Brad has been involved in sale and lease transactions totalling in excess of $440,000,000.
